IOCC Lufthansa

The main operations center of Deutsche Lufthansa is located in Frankfurt. From here, flights, guest flows, meals on board and crews are coordinated worldwide, which places high demands on the workstations. In particular, the necessary visual contacts and sightlines between workplaces and departments were a key design criterion. In addition, soundproofing and lighting played a major role, as these have to be adapted for those working in shifts.
