IT Campus Allianz

Munich, Germany 2014

A new lobby design was developed for an existing Allianz Insurance building in Neuperlach. This finds its place in the striking entrance area of the office complex designed by American architect Richard Meier. It fills this area with sculptural fixtures made of geometric shapes. In addition to those for the reception and airlock, the fixtures are primarily so-called experience boxes, which allow employees to delve into a wide range of topics.

The centerpiece is or rather hangs an expansive sculpture that combines digital and analog. Based on the intensity of the lighting, one can read the data streams that are created at the workstations. This creates ever-changing lighting effects that create a changing ambience.
