FREE SPACES OF MOVEMENT AUTOMATICA, MUNICH
KUKA heralds the start of a new era: SENSITIVE ROBOTICS. Intelligent robots with sensitive capabilities that work hand in hand with humans. The robot becomes a colleague, the proximity of man and machine grows. The resulting new possibilities and the resulting flexibility are translated into the architectural design and become a grand gesture: organic, free-flowing lines of motion of the world’s first sensitive robots create a momentum that spans the arc to 12 scenarios of real working worlds.
The KUKA booth 2014 captivates through its focus on a single product: the LBR iiwa. The first robot that does not require any protective spaces and thus heralds a new era, MRK (human-robot cooperation), which sets new standards as sensitive robotics. All other products from KUKA are only presented in digital form and thus fade into the background.
